Your reason to come to Leipzig is the project you volunteer in of course. There are 16 different places around the city, where you can volunteer through us for one year. The projects are mainly located in the social, cultural and educational field. You can find all the projects in the map below. Through your voluntary service, you will support your project in everyday work, contribute with your own ideas and get to know and learn a lot of new things and competences. You can also develop and realize your own little project idea at your place of volunteering.

There are two times per year, where we have new volunteers starting their ESC: 01.03. and 01.09.

The ESC is not a program for only learning the language. We provide a language course for the first months, which counts as working time as well. If you would like to gain more German skills through a language course, you have to do that during your free time and not during the hours you should be in your project!
