Project

The hosting place for the ESC volunteer is planned in Haus Wasserstr. 18 / KAOS Kulturwerkstatt. Here, five projects of the Kindervereinigung Leipzig e. V. are located: the Competence Center for International Youth Work and non-formal Education (KIJA), the Cultural Workshop KAOS!, the playbus project, the Workshop-Studio Inside/Outside  and the Counselling Center to Worldview Issues.

Tasks

The volunteer can be involved in different projects in the house. It is expected that he/she/they is present at the Competence Center for International Youth Work and non-formal Education for about 50 percent of the time. Depending on their skills, the focus of their work can be on public relations, organising meetings or working with young people. In addition, the volunteer can choose which other projects in the house he/she/they would like to be involved in.
